What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

How should I care for my Poncho gear?

To maintain the technical properties of the fabric, machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can clog the moisture-wicking pores.
